Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management tool, which will give you total authority over your e-mailbox accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-use graphical user interface, you can create a brand new e-mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Additionally, you can redirect e-mail messages from one email box account to another, configure e-mail filters, set up auto-response messages and shield your e-mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your e-mail box accounts against junk electronic mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwanted email messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your electronic mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain e-mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for filtrating your incoming mail messages according to specific rules specified by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can easily set up a mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and choose the e-mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mails from one email box account to another, or even to several other mail accounts. Simply specify the mail account you want to forward mails from, then choose the destination email box and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly set up the email client of your choice to access your mail accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you want to set up on your personal computer or smartphone and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email box will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple mail accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to easily create an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will do everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
